- Ambassadors conducting interviews receive access to assigned applicants' email addresses.

- After recruitment concludes, transfer unapproved applicants' data to a private Coda space.

- Sensitive information, such as contact details and other personal data, remains accessible only to a limited group of Autonomys personnel.
- Public-facing details (e.g., social media handles, start dates) may be shared for ambassadors, but private information (e.g., emails, identification details) stays protected.
